With great pleasure team Biotechnology delightfully informing you all that, *08.05.2024, 09.05.24 and 10.05.2024* *Department of Biotechnology* went Industrial Visit to *RGCB, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.*

The Director and Heads of the campus gave a brief lecture about the institution and on going research projects to the students. Enriched them about the significance of higher studies in the field of cell and molecular Biotechnology. During the visit, students gained knowledge on the *Basics of Epigenetic and its growing cellular molecular Biology, visited the Central Instrumentation facilities, Genomic and Proteomics lab, Animal culture etc.,.*

This three days IV cum trip found to be an excellent platform for the budding Biotechnology students to learn about cancer Biology, stem cell and animal Biotechnology and its opportunities that must pave way for them to shine in future as research scholars in this arena.

Students from I, II and III year Biotechnology along with faculty members *Dr. A. Arulkumar*, Assistant Professor and Head, *Dr. R. Rajalakshmi* , Assistant Professor * *Dr. G. Selvakumar*, Assistant Professor jointly went for the three day field trip cum IV.
