Happy Greetings!!!

Achariya Arts and Science College celebrated National Youth Day-2025. The event was jointly organised by RRC, NSS and Department of Tamil.

In connection to that, college level essay writing and mime competitions have been conducted. The winners were awarded with prizes and certificates. The event began with warm welcome address by Mr. V. Panjatcharam , Asst. Professor, Dept. of Biotechnology and RRC Coordinator. Dr. R. Prahankumar , Professor and Head, Dept. of Community Medicine, Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Research Institute Puducherry, invited as Chief Guest. He delivered a motivational speech by emphasising Swami Vivekanada’s golden words and also emphasized Vivekananda’s teaching and ideas, which make youth empowerment and leadership of our nation.The programme was inaugurated by Dr. S. Vimalanand , Principal. Followed by Dr. T. Janarthanan, Vice Pricipal , delivered the presidential address. Dr. M. Askar Ali , HOD, Dept. of Tamil felicitated the event. And finally the programe ended with gratitude note by Dr. K. Silambarasan, Asst. Professor, Dept. of Tamil and NSS Coordinator.

In this regard I thank our beloved MD ji for his constant encouragement, our Principal – Dr. S. Vimalanand and our Vice Principal- Dr. T. Janarthanan for their encouragement and support. I would also like to thank all the HODs and Faculty members for their support. I thank our student volunteers for their active involvement.
