Happy Greetings !!!

We are delighted to announce the successful culmination of the 3rd International Film Festival, GRAND SCREENING, jointly organized by the Department of Multimedia (Visual Communication) Achariya Arts and Science College and MEI, held on April 30, 2024. This event was a testament to our commitment to providing students with a platform to engage with world cinema and deepen their understanding of the art of filmmaking.

Festival Director SELVARAM K, Program Head SHESHA V, and Festival Coordinator VIJAYAKANTH, were part of the event.The screening showcased a diverse selection of films, including *’The Mannequin,’ ‘Adhashi,’ ‘Stripe Chasers,’ ‘The Night of Silver and Gold,’ and ‘The Zoo.’* These screenings were followed by insightful Q&A sessions, where students had the privilege of interacting with filmmakers and cast members, gaining valuable insights into the creative process and the cultural nuances embedded in each cinematic piece.
