Department of Library has successfully signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Madras Library Association

We are proud and delighted to share that the Department of Library has successfully signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Madras Library Association (MALA), Chennai, on 27th February 2025.

The occasion was graced by our Principal, Dr. S. Vimalanand, who signed the MoU with Dr. K. Nithyanandam, President of the Madras Library Association (MALA), Chennai. The event was also honored by the presence of Mr. D. Balasubramanian, Advisor to MALA, Chennai; Dr. Sampathkumar, Chief Librarian of SBV Deemed University, Pondicherry and President of the Pondicherry MALA Chapter; and Dr. V. R. Rajan, Advisor to the Pondicherry MALA Chapter.

This MoU will enable the AASC students and faculties facilities to access various study and research resources for their academic growth.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our Chief Mentor, Dr. J. Arawindhan, and our Principal, Dr. S. Vimalanand, for their invaluable guidance and support. The event was successfully organized by Dr. S. Senthilkoumar, Librarian, Achariya Arts and Science College, and attended by distinguished guests. And also extent thanks to office staff for their support for the event.
