Mangement Development Program (MDP) organized by MSME
The Mangement Development Program (MDP) organized by MSME in collaboration with Achariya Arts and Science College successfully completed two sessions on March 3rd and 4th, 2025. The event focused on academic networking, global collaborations, and industry partnerships, benefitting faculty members.
Day 1 (March 3, 2025):
The program began with an Inaugural Address by Dr. Ramesh Kumar C, Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce. The TPC Coordinator, Mr. Amit Nain, Director of MSME TC Puducherry, delivered Special Address, emphasizing the role of MSME initiatives in faculty and student skill development.
Day 2 (March 4, 2025):
Mr. B. Netra Prakash, Head of the Department of Management, led a session on “Building Global Academic Networks & Collaborations – Leveraging International Partnerships for Faculty Growth.” His talk stressed the importance of global research exposure and faculty development through academic networking.
A total of 55 faculty members actively participated in the sessions and provided positive feedback, highlighting the program’s role in enhancing research collaborations and teaching methodologies. The MDP proved instrumental in equipping faculty with insights into global academic partnerships, strengthening interdisciplinary learning, and bridging academia with industry needs.
At this juncture, I would like to express heartfelt gratitude to our beloved MD Ji for his love and blessings. I also extend my sincere thanks to our Principal, Dr.S.Vimalanand, for his unwavering guidance.
