INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY on 21.06.2024 BY NSS UNIT

We have happy to share that Our college *NSS unit , RRC and Physical Education* jointly to organised ” *International yoga Day” on 21.06.2024 (Friday)* at College Auditorium.The Yoga practical session was conducted by *Mr. S. Saran, Yoga Trainer, Heartfulness Institute, Ram Chandra Mission, Puducherry and Meditation session was conducted by Mrs.S. Devasena, Meditation Trainer,Heartfulness Institute, Ram Chandra Mission, Puducherry.* The session was very useful and interactive to our students. *More than 120 Student* s participated in this session. In our college Myself *Dr. K. Silambarasan(NSS PO) Mr.V. Panjatcharam (RRC) and Mrs.K.Rajalakshmi ( PET)* coordinated this programme.

In this regards, we express our sincere gratitude to our beloved *Chief Mentor Ji Dr. J. Aravindan* Achariya world class Education, *Dr. S. Vimal anand* most respected Principal of AASC, *HOD and other Faculty member* for thier guidance and support.
