Code of Conduct for students

  • College operates from 9 am to 4 pm and students should report to college before fifteen minutes and late coming is strictly not entertained.
  • Students must put on formal dress from Monday to Thursday and on Friday’s business casuals that must be neat and decent.
    Boys’ Formals– Full Sleeves, Formal Trousers, Formal Shoes
    Boys’ Casuals – Full trousers, plain and single color Jeans with half slack formal shirts, sports shoes
    Girls’ Formals – Modest wear of Salwar & Kameez, Churidars and Long Kurtis.
  • ID Card, Proper haircut and clean shave is must and mandatory for all students on all days.
  • Should be regular and punctual in attending the classes.
  • No student can enter or leave the class room without proper permission of concerned Staff in-charge.
  • Students should strictly maintain discipline inside the classroom, college campus and with other students.
  • No student is permitted to loiter in and around the college premises during college-hours.
  • Students should not leave the college campus during short breaks and lunch time without the principal’s consent.
  • Nobody is permitted to collect money from students for any purpose, monetize their talents and organize any meets inside the college premises at any cost.
  • Students are expected to be responsible for maintaining silent ambience to promote a peaceful study environment inside the library and should carefully handle the books without causing damage.
  • Students should not bring in their friends/anyone from outside. (In unavoidable situation, prior permission from concerned department Tutor/HoD should be obtained).
  • Every student should consider the college properties as his/her own and handle them with right care.
  • In case of spoilage of properties and utilizing them for personal use, a huge penalty will be imposed.
  • Collective fine will be levied, if the responsibility for such damage cannot be fixed on any individual or group.
  • No student is permitted to carry cell phones, iPads, iPods, cameras or any electronic devices to college. [In unavoidable situation, prior permission from concerned department Tutor/HoD should be obtained and mobile phones should be handed over to the same individuals].
  • Students are strictly instructed to take up the class tests and model examination seriously on par with University Examinations. If found absent without prior permission, stringent actions will be taken against them.
  • Students must abstain from any illegal activities detrimental to the institution or society at large. The College has every right to issue TC to the student for any such kind of indiscipline. At no point, there would be relaxation in discipline norms.
  • Students should have minimum of 75% of attendance in each semester for enabling them to appear for University Examinations.
  • No student shall absent himself/herself without prior permission of his/her Tutor.
  • A proper leave letter must be submitted in advance duly countersigned by parents.
  • If a student absents himself/herself for seven consecutive working days, the name of such student will be removed from the roll of college after due intimation to his/her parents.
  • In the event of any sick-leave, Medical Certificates are to be produced invariably along with the leave letter.
